Finally, I installed the Yahoo app from their website and I started getting my emails again. One problem was that using the quick install option didn't give me access to any advanced settings (incoming/outgoing server, etc.). No help.Ĭalled Verizon tech support and they tried to help, but couldn't figure out what was wrong. I tried installing/uninstalling 2-3 time, upgraded software, pulled/replaced the battery. I kept receiving notifications about new emails, but it never picked up anything after a certain date/time - just kept showing the same inbox. I started having this same problem about a month ago.
